Nassau County Executive Announces Free Outdoor Summer Movies At Cedar Creek Park
Nassau County Executive Edward P. Mangano has announced the return of Tuesday Night Movie Nights at Cedar Creek Park. Beginning at sunset, films will be shown every other Tuesday from July 5th through August 16th. Movie Nights at Cedar Creek Park are sponsored by Long Island’s K98.3.
Cedar Creek Park Summer Movie Night Schedule:
July 5th: Book of Life – PG (95 min.) starts at 8:30 p.m.
July 19th: Despicable Me 2 – PG (98 min.) starts at 8:40 p.m.
August 2nd: Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good Very Bad Day – PG (81 min.) starts at 8:15 p.m.
August 16th: Charlie and the Chocolate Factory – PG (115 min.) starts at 8:00 p.m.
Cedar Creek Park is located on Merrick Road in Seaford, east of Wantagh Avenue. There is no formal seating at Cedar Creek Park, so movie-goers are urged to bring folding chairs or blankets.
